For example, click People and then type in a name to find a specific user. Info to be aware of: Permissions — When a meeting is recorded in Teams, permissions will be set to allow whoever was invited to the meeting to view the video. However, if a team channel is added to a meeting, the Stream recording will be set to only allow members of that channel to view to video regardless of who else was invited.
This can be changed afterwards in video permissions by the owner. Recording owner — The user that initiated the recording will be set as the owner of the video.
If the meeting is for a class, make sure the instructor is the one to initiate the recording. In Stream, navigate to the video on which you would like to edit permissions.
Click the More actions icon below the video and select Update video details. You should now be on the edit video details page. Depending on whether your browser window is full-screened or not, you may already see the full permissions section. If you do not, click Permissions as shown below. Then set viewing permissions so that only members of a Teams site can watch your videos. See also step-by-step instructions below.
Note: This video is restricted to Marquette University users. If you are not already logged into Marquette's Office portal, you will need to sign in to view this video.
